Treating panic attacks with drugs prescribed by your doctor, like Klonopin and the like, is OK as a temporary solution to alleviate the anxiety symptoms associated with panic attacks. However, the traditional medical approach to curing panic attacks has never worked and, unless the modality changes, it never will.

Treating Panic Attacks – Why There is no Chemical Cure for

Panic Attacks?

Simple put, the anxiety disorder known as panic attacks is a psychological disorder that medicines cannot fix. Yes,

Panic attack (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

you can get a temporary relief, but that relief is a far cry from a true, real and permanent cure.
After the first attack, which is always a terribly scary experience, a special psychological trigger mechanism is set within a part of the brain that is not conscious. I call that trigger mechanism Fear Of Panic Attacks or FOPATM for short, because right after experiencing the first panic attack which is often an horrifying experience for the person experiencing the attack, fear or phobia of Panic Attacks is being born and embedded deep within the recess of the brain. This is a portion of the brain that evolved early in the chain of human evolution. It is the very same part of the brain that triggers the fight of flight response.

And although a sufferer may know that the sensations felt seconds before the actual attack cannot harm him or her, once the symptoms begin the sufferer is no longer able to think rationally, calm her or himself and thus abate the attack.

Unfortunately there are many doctors out there who simply did not take the time to understand the nature of panic attacks and, therefore, prescribing anti anxiety medications is all that they know. May be easy for them, but all they end up doing is letting the patient use drugs that, besides the toxic side effects, are causing them to depend on them rather than seek a permanent cure.I wish more doctors familiarize themselves with the mechanism of how panic attacks occur and why they reoccur. Once they do, they may still at liberty to fatten the pockets of the pharmaceutical companies by subscribing drugs that can help ease the symptoms, but at the same time the should offer the patient information on natural methods that have proven, time and again, to work.

Treating Panic Attacks the Natural Way

Panic (company) (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Fortunately for panic attack sufferers, there are several methods out there that can treat panic attacks, bringing upon a total and complete cure. Below I will touch on two such treatments for panic attacks.
These methods do not depend on any medications. They both educate, each in its own manner, the sufferer on what are panic attacks, why they occur and how to stop them at will. It is worth mentioning here that both persons
are ex-panic attack sufferers who had to go through the hell of the conventional medical establishment before they, finally, decided to study the phenomenon of this anxiety disorder we call panic attacks. Once they understood the Trigger Mechanism of Fear Of Panic Attacks, they were able to cure themselves once and for all.
Once healed, they both dedicated their life to developing a system to cure panic attacks that could then be offered to the masses.

PanicAway, invented by Joe Barry, is one of these very effective methods which has gained a great reputation as, probably, the most effective way to treating panic attacks. The approach is direct and requires the willingness of the patient to take action, often to take simple “risks” in the short term in exchange for a life time resolution of their problem.

EasyCalm invented by John Mercer is the second method I would like to discuss today. The technique Mr. Mercer is more gradual and actually takes the sufferer by the hand, in an easy step-by-step fashion, encouraging him or her to challenge the fear one step at the time.

Both methods are highly effective in treating panic attacks. In fact – either method has proven to be highly effective in eradicating the attacks from its roots.
It is only a matter of personal choice; those who are scared to even considering to face their condition head on and, in fact, ‘invite’ an attack will probably do better with EasyCalm. Those who are sick and tired of having this condition dominate their life and are willing to do whatever it takes to free oneself from the grips of the monster, will achieve faster results using PanicAway.

Treating Panic Attacks – Conclusion

When it come to treating panic attacks, be it Panic Away, Easy Calm, The linden Method or any number of other similar methods, the common thread that they all share is the fact that these techniques do not depend on drugs, they are natural and work very effectively in treating and, in fact, curing panic attacks quickly and completely.
There is no reason on earth why anyone who has been diagnosed as suffering from panic attacks should allow his doctor to dictate to him or her the course of treatment, if that course relies on medications which at best only mask the symptoms, dooming the patient to a life of dependency on drugs while constantly living under the fear of the next attack.

it is time the medical establishment wakes up and admits that treating panic attacks with drugs isn’t a cure for panic attacks.

How to Cure Panic Attacks the Natural Way – No Drugs… No Years of Therapy… No Waste of Money – Just the Cure!

Dear Fellow Panic Attack Sufferer,

My name is Dave More, a recovered panic attacks disorder sufferer. Although I have written extensively about this condition and especially on the topic of “How to Cure Panic Attacks” this is the first time that I actually share my personal story in the open.

The following is my story and a review based on my own experience with two products that helped me recover and regain my freedom. If you are in a hurry…

Feel Free To Click Here To Use The Exact 3 Step System that Helped Me Cure My Panic Attacks!

Having survived to tell my story, I feel qualified to speak with such conviction. You see, for years I have been mislead — I was made to believe that there was no simple way of curing panic attacks or general anxiety disorder (GAD).

And so, for years I took the prescribed drugs, seen a neurologist, a psychologist and even a psychiatrist. No one could tell me what was wrong with me. “Stress” was the best they could come up with. I ended up retreating from life outside the home.
I was starting to believe that I was destined to bear this condition for the rest of my days. That is, until, I came across two approaches that would change my life.

Once I learned how to overcome panic attacks I made it my mission to help others achieve the same results…to be cured and move on to live a peaceful, sane life.

My Two-Pronged Approach to Curing Panic Attacks

Because my GAD was so bad, I took a two-pronged approach – Easy Calm & Panic Away in reaching a solution. Depending on the severity of your symptoms, you may be able to overcome panic attacks with just one, as most people do. The fact is, they both work in reducing and eliminating the symptoms associated with anxiety and give you the freedom to enjoy life again. Bellow is my review of both approaches but only you can be the judge of what approach is most suitable for you.

Easy Calm:

EasyCalm, the ‘gentler’ of both approaches, allowed me to ease into my program for dealing with panic attacks. It was developed by Jon Mercer, a long-time sufferer who, just like me, became tired of the lack of solutions the so-called professionals had to offer. EasyCalm is a 10-video coaching program that has Mercer teaching you:

The one cause of all anxiety and panic attack disorders

Simple techniques to stop anxious thoughts dead in their tracks

Strategies to overcome social anxiety

How to come to terms with unresolved conflict that is the main cause of anxiety

These videos provided me with much needed insight on my control issues and how to release them. They can do the same for you. The package comes with 4 bonus MP3s that put you into a relaxed state of mind. Jon Mercer has been treating anxiety sufferers since May 2005, he offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you dont overcome panic attacks. You can check out a free sample video on the EasyCalm Website .

EasyCalm is ideal for mild to moderate anxiety attacks. As my symptoms were so severe, I needed to delve further into my problem. EasyCalm allowed me to once again leave my house and venture out into the world again. It also allowed me to move on to a deeper level of treatment. Im grateful for that. But, in my case, I felt I needed further treatment and that is when I turned to Panic Away. Ready to handle the approach, it took no time for the cure to come. In retrospect, I wouldn’t have been able to dare the method used by Panic Away had I not prepared myself first by using Easy Calm. Here is why:

PanicAway takes a more direct approach to dealing with panic attacks. In fact, you are encouraged to invite an attack so that you can use the strategies and techniques you´ve learned to diffuse them once-and-for-all. By confronting the anxiety, without fear, you take away the energy that feeds the attack. I can´t begin to tell you how this program has affected my life. And it all began when I stopped fearing the attacks. I am now able to:

Arise each morning eager to start the day.

Attend concerts, enjoy a night out with friends, and, hey, I can even go shopping without fear of having a panic attack!

Connect with loved ones on a deeper level

Re-establish old relationships with friends, family, co-workers, and employees.

It wasn´t long ago that I thought this isn´t going to happen for me, this is my life. Now that I have overcome panic attacks, I want the same for you. I realize at this stage of your life it´s hard to believe that you can live a relaxed and fearless life. Im here to tell you, if it worked for me, it can work for you.

To your anxiety-free life!

P.S. If you are a little skeptical, EasyCalm has a free video sample as well as a complimentary newsletter that may help you make a more informed decision. I remember that watching the videos with Jon was like having a private therapist at home.

P.S.S. PanicAway also offers a free, no-obligation e-course that is sent to your email account.

You can also take advantage on the one-to-one coaching voucher.

However you decide to proceed, I wish you the best of luck on your way to recovery. But…no matter what –never allow fear to stand in your way. As you learn not to fear, fear itself, your life will change in ways that, at this point, are beyond your imagination. So, go ahead and Dare to Dare!

And…of course you are always welcome to use the contact form with your questions and/or concerns. and…
